Hello and welcome to Botany of Design. We are an award winning landscape design firm, designing gardens and public spaces in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our goal is to create designs with character, which serve their function, that are well-crafted, and that delight the senses. We believe that the making of a special "Place" is a precious act which should be approached with thoughtfulness and care, regardless of project size or budget. As such, Botany was established with the aspiration to satisfy both the pragmatic needs of our clients and to respond to the minds and hearts of our garden occupants.
